Foreword

What's a Blacklist?
Blacklisting means you won't be allowed to purchase ANY Designs or Commissions from me no matter how. You are also banned from buying my Designs and Artworks through a Third Person. If I should find out about this occuring, the Third Person will also be blacklisted, so please check out my Blacklist before reselling any of my Items.If you break any of the Terms you will receive a Strike. If you reach two Strikes you'll be blacklisted for a Year.
Refusal of Payment will instantly lead to being blacklisted and you will not be removed from the Blacklist.

Terms of Service

1. No refunds!
You can sell the Artwork or Adopt for the same Amount you bought it from me!2. Paypal Friends and Family ONLY! I will not pay any fees caused by Customers choosing the "For Goods and Services" Option on PayPal, so please remember to choose "Friends and Family".3. You agree to my Terms as soon as you buy an Adopt or commission me, even if you didn't read them.
They are easily accessible.4. Make concrete offers beneath "Offer to adopt" Posts.
I can't do anything with "I can offer art". Please write something like "I offer 5€ and a shaded Headshot"5. You either pay half and half or the full amount upfront.
I will not begin workin on the Commision without receiving at least half of the Payment.6. Please give me Time!
We can set a Deadline but not less than two Weeks.
I'm HUMAN. I have a Job and a Home to take Care of.
But please don't be shy to ask for Updates in Case you don't hear for me anyway!7. Stay in Touch!
If I don't get any Answers to my Messages for 48h You will receive a Strike.
Don't ghost me.8. Don't ask for free content when I'm not offering anything!9. Don't offer Art beneath "Flat-Sale adopt" Posts!

Terms of Use

1. As soon as you have fully paid the Artwork you gain all the Rights to the Design.
Selling or Using my Designs will result in being blacklisted, if you haven't paid the agreed and complete Price.2. You may only sell an Adopt from me for a higher price when it comes with additional Art.3. Give Credit to me and the
Lineart-Artist when there is one!4. No Second-Hand Buying when you are blacklisted and
no Reselling to blacklisted Buyers.

Things I won't draw

1. Realistic and detailed Backgrounds.2. Sexual content when it comes to Feral.3. Difficult Poses. I will try but if I'm incapable, I'll let you know.
